Baby Root Farm is on a mission to change the way we farm. The farm operates around core pillars of environmental awareness, economic efficiency, agricultural education, and social sustainability. Baby Root believes there is a better way to farm by staying small, pricing and paying fairly, and reducing waste in the farming process. The farm consists of several growers and is set up as a co-op on land that has been farmed going back a couple hundred years. This project was shot to highlight what sets Baby Root Farm aside from other farms and how it's changing the game in commercial agriculture. The video and stills were shot over several days at Baby Root Farm in central California and the LA Farmer's Market where it sells its produce.
